This isn’t meant to be some serious and scholarly take on music. It’s simply an excuse for a musician to rant and rave about albums he loves, likes and even detests (these occurrences are rare since I like most of the stuff in my collection). Everything I review is something I own, so don’t expect my take on the latest 50 Cent album and certainly don’t expect me to praise something just because it’s trendy (like the White Stripes). Most people who know me think I’m a music snob and I’m not going to disagree. I have no time for bad music. I’m sure there will be some opinions of mine that offend you or hurt your feelings; don’t take it personally, I’m only interested in being as honest as I can be on how “good” a particular album is.
The albums are rated on a scale of 0-100 (just like in school!) and throughout these pages you’ll find some as low as *5* (man, that one hurt) and one as high as 99 (my favorite album of all time). I leave myself the space to claim an album might be a 100…but it hasn’t shown up yet.
