Yes, it’s 1:16 in the morning and I’m sitting here loading tunes into my new IPod. This is fun!
I’m going through a bunch of Iron Maiden stuff, since they are the most important.
I love my Cakewalk software (yes, the same software that I’m supposed to be recording my new album on, instead of playing with my new toy) since I can use it to edit things together (like chopped-up epic songs) or take things out (like the awful baby noises in Stevie Wonder’s Isn’t She Lovely). And, I also get to fix things that the CD masterer messed up on. Like on Maiden’s Powerslave, the IDIOT stuck the intro to the title track at the END of Back in the Village, instead of at the beginning of Powerslave. So, I fixed it.
I rule.
I could SERIOUSLY do this all night long. I promise, I will have it all loaded before the trip. Trust me.
I love this music, nothing better.
